ACTOR. DANCER. teacher. Choreographer. MOVEMENT CONSULTANT. AEA, SAG-AFTRA
Hello and welcome to my website! Just to get a little sense of who I am... I act, I teach, I love to move my body and my favorite kind of work is anything collaborative and in service of the community. Anything from a devised theater piece to a potluck dinner party. I now live in Roxbury, CT with my husband and two daughters. I am only an hour and a half away from NYC, so I and my family are lucky to benefit from the beauty of country living and also maintain our deep rooted connection to one of the most vital cities in the world.
I am in awe of the innovation and courage that theater artists have mustered during this pandemic. I will never take for granted the value and joy of being in a room with other creative and generous human beings. As we inch our way out of this pandemic, I want to come to the table with that humility and gratitude.
I am elated to go back to teaching in person at Stella Adler Studio/NYU. I have been so lucky to have gone through the Teacher Training Program this summer through the National Alliance of Acting Teachers, working with inspiring teachers such as Peter Jay Fernandez, Jim Calder, Fay Simpson, Kathleen McNenny, Welker White and Damian Young.
