I love to move! I got very serious about pursuing a dance career in my teens and went to The Juilliard School to earn my BFA in Dance. After graduation I joined the Jose Limon Dance Company and danced and toured nationally and internationally. But then the acting bug bit me hard. I found the Actors Center and did a life changing nine-month program before deciding to further study acting at Brown/Trinity in Providence, RI. Since school I am finding exciting ways to merge my dancing and acting skills together. I've also started teaching acting for dancers at NYU/Tisch.
Highly physical plays and characters excite me.
My favorite projects are ones where collaboration is at the forefront.
When I am not acting, teaching or choreographing, I am hanging out at home in Brooklyn with my husband, Jesse, and my two energetic daughters, Ruby and Maxine.
